Thank you so much for all your help and suggestions to persue, I surely appreciate it! We
live in Texas, so I will see if there is someone at the Research Library who might be able
to copy and send the papers to me, and I may be able to find the books in one of the area
libraries down here.
You know, Ingham Starkey possibly being a sawyer as opposed to lawyer makes more
sense--especially given the date and place. Also, thank you for the date of 1840
(theabouts) being the timeframe that most of the Native Americans were gone, I was
wondering about the timeframe of that. Ruelma lived out her life there, their children
being born in Wyandott.
Thanks again for your help, the miles between here and Tippecanoe County tend to limit
some of my resources at hand. . .
