The Tippecanoe Public Library's online catalog is
available at their web site.

You can do a keyword search for "tippecanoe and
cemeteries" to get a list of books.
David Cheesman has written a number of books that
contain maps of cemeteries in Tippecanoe County. Some
of his books also have lists of headstones.
The most general one is:
Past and present towns, villages, and cemeteries of
Tippecanoe County, Indiana, by David R. Cheesman.
Published Indiana, by David R. Cheesman, 1984.
This book has lots of useful maps of the townships so
that you can locate cemeteries with ease.
Also, check the web site under genealogy. I think
they will do a look-up if you give them a title.
Good luck!

My grandmother, Laura Hill, died on January 13,
1905. Her death certificate lists Sheffield
Township, Tippecanoe County, Indiana as the location
and Fair Haven Cemetery as place of burial. I have
not been able to locate the cemetery. Does anyone
have any idea how I might get information about the
cemetery? Her husband Oscar S. Hill survived his
wife, but again I have not been able to locate any
information regarding his place of residence after
1900. Any information about Oscar, his father James
Hill or his mother Sophia Mershal would be very
helpful and sincerely appreciated.
