Subject: [INSWITZE] Many surnames
Hi all. While recently doing some research at the Allen County Library, in
Ft. Wayne (second largest genealogy library in the world) on behalf of a
client, I copied many deeds, along with a will, and a few court minute
items. These are all copies of original documents; most from Switzerland
County. With my client's permission, I have uploaded all of these documents
to my gallery on Footnote <
http://www.footnote.com/?xid=17&kbid=1167> .
The most common surname found in these documents is FENTON (Fenton's were
the focus of my research). However, many other surnames are connected to
these various documents. The surnames found in these included:
BRADFORD, CARTER, CARVER, CHINOWETH, DRAKE, FENTON, GILBERT, HINMAN, KELSO,
MCGINNIS, PEAK, PERKINS, PHILLIPS, REA, ROBINSON, WAUGH, WILES.
In other words, most of the deeds are between a FENTON, and one of these
other surnames. There are 53 pages of these documents. To locate the folks
of interest to you, you will need to browse through all of the 53 pages.
Sorry. I simply don't have the time to point to each and every document.
Clicking the link below, will take you to the first of these 53 pages of
documents. You will see a thumbnail strip at the bottom of the screen.
Following the thumbnails to the right will take you to page 2, 3, 4, etc.

Hope these help some folks.
