As to your query below:
"Administrator-" = this likely means that the deceased died without a will
and a person(s) was appointed administrator of the estate by the court = in
other words since no executor was named in a will the court appointed an
administrator.
"Probate Order Book #6, June 1873 - Mar. 1876." = this likely references the
"Order Book" in the clerks office where the settlement of the estate is found
= an important source of names, estate holdings, and disposition.
The clerks records are public records and in asking the clerk for that book
you should be able to find your reference by name or dates shown = most
clerks are helpful in pointing out where a book is but usually it is up to
you to find the record.
Many times there is a book index either separate or incorporated in the
record book.
I am also interested in an answer to your query on cemetery books in
Switzerland Co????

List,
On a visit to the basement of the Switzerland Co., Court House last
year, I found the following -
Daniel Conner Feb. 5 ?, 1876, estate - Wife Catherine, Administrator-
John Conner, Probate Order Book #6, June 1873 - Mar. 1876.
I assume this is an index that tells where to find what the final
settlement was but I didn't know where to look and found nothing
else. Can someone enlighten me on where I should have looked?
Thanks,
Walt Conner>>>>>>
