A marriage license was ussued on last Friday to James A. Moore and
Miss Charlotte Works, of Allensville. The young people were married
quietly in Rising Sun, on Monday, and have gone to housekeeping in
their home town.
Miss Works is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Works and is a
pleasant young lady. Mr Moore is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Moore and
is well known in the county. We extend congratulations.

Miss Lizzie Bromwell and Mr. Allie Robinson were united in
marriage at Warsaw last Sunday. The ceremony was performed by Rev.
Scott at the home of Hugh Conrad. Miss Lizzie is a splendid young
lady and possesses a host of friends. Mr. Robinson is one of our most
respected citizens and their many friends join us in extending
congratulations.

Died, Golda Ellen, infant daughter of Frank and Susan Coy Scott,
July 12th, age 11 days.

Married, Mrs. Sarah Callahan, of near here, to George Westley, of
Kentucky, July 8. Mrs. Callahan is a widow lady of good standing and
owns a good little farm near town and all her friends wish her a long
and happy life.
