I don't think I posted these to the list before, if so excuse the
duplication. Sometimes I think this David Bosaw i am looking for is a
figment of my imagination but here are some obits that have his name and my
family history in them, and I have found him inthe 1860 census of
Switzerland Co with family (father Joseph Bosso -- was Bosaw in 1850) and
in 1900 in Posey Co. with what I feel is 2nd wife. That's all I have found
for him.
Which church would one contact for the "Vevay Christian Church" if trying
to obtain records? An address? Also is the Haskell-Morrison Funeral home
still in business? An Address?
This is how I connect to these people: my father is Bernard Clyde Bowman b
1920, his father is Clyde Bowman born 1887 Switzerland Co, grandpa's
parents were Amelia "Minnie" Bosaw and Samuel Duffield
Bowman. Amelia/Minnie and her twin brother Dempsey were born 1867 in
Switzerland Co. Their parents were Nancy Jane Pickett and the illusive
David Bosaw.
Thanks, Karen Bowman Clanin
