Last Will and Testament of Cynthia Beaty (deceased)
Be it remembered that on the 14th day of March 1874 the last will and
testament of Cynthia Beaty deceased late of Switzerland County in the State
of Indiana, was filed in the Clerks Office of the Circuit Court in said
County. And the execution thereof duly proven by the Testimony of Benjamin
F. Graves one of the Subscribing Witnesses thereto. Whereupon said was duly
admitted to Probate by the Clerk of said Court, Which said Will, the proof
thereof, and certificate of Probate endorsed thereon, read as follows:
"State of Indiana, Switzerland County"
I Cynthia Beaty of the above named County and State, being in sound mind
make this my last Will and Testament. After all my just debts being settled,
I will and bequeath to my beloved husband Charles Beaty all my personal and
Real Estate. To be used or disposed of by him for the use of and maintenance
of our beloved children, Roddus Beaty and Lee Beaty, also for any other
children which may hereafter be begotten by myself and my said beloved
husband Charles Beaty.
In witness whereof the said Cynthia Beaty has hereunto set her hand and seal
this 22th day of January 1866.

Cynthia Beaty acknowledged the execution of the annexed Will.

Before me, the Clerk of Switzerland Circuit Court personally came Benjamin
F. Graves one of the Subscribing Witnesses to the forgoing, Last Will and
Testament of Cynthia Beaty, late of said County deceased. And being duly
sworn, on oath says that he was present at the execution of said last will,
that the same was duly executed. That at the time of the execution thereof,
said Testatrix was of full age to devise her property, of sound mind and
memory and not under any coercion or restraint. That said Testatrix
requested deponent to sign said will as a witness thereto, which he
accordingly did in the presence of Testatrix and in the presence of N.
Jorgenson the other subscribing witness thereto.

that the above and foregoing last will and testament of Cynthia Beaty late
of Switzerland County, state of Indiana, deceased. Was this day duly
admitted to Probate and Record, and proof thereof duly made by the Testimony
of Benjamin F. Graves one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, which said
will, together with such proof have been duly recorded in record of wills
No.3 Pages 315 & 316 in this office.

the above and foregoing to be a true, full and complete record of the Last
will and Testament of Cynthia Beaty deceased, late of said County. And also
