I thought I would just add that if you plan on visiting the cemetery, the
time to go is in the spring. At this time of year it is really over grown
with briar brush and the like. In the spring the snow has beat down all the
over growth. Unfortunately I live on the west coast and I am unable to try
to clean things up. Many of the county's pioneers are buried in this
cemetery and I would love to see it cleaned up. This cemetery, which must
have a connection to your family since it is named Cotton Cemetery, has
several of my Cole family members buried in it. I visited it at the end of
July 2001 and found it nearly impossible to see anything. If you would care
