I am not related to this family, but I use Ancestry.com's databases to the fullest.
Here's what I've got:
Edward E. Fisher, 8 Dec 1903-8 Mar 1993; Lakeville, St. Joseph Co. (dates from the Social
Security Death Index)
His parents:
Frank Fisher, b. Jan 1882 in Indiana; and Nellie "Unknown", b. abt. 1886
Indiana. They married abt. 1902.
Edward had a sister, Helena, b. abt. 1906
Notes for Frank Fisher:

Occupation: Laborer, odd jobs
Frank Fisher's grandfather was Alfred Fisher, b. Feb 1848 Ohio; married Ida
"Unknown", b. Feb 1857 Indiana. The marriage was abt. 1871. Frank was the eldest
of four children.

On the Richter side (this could be interesting, because it's an old Pennsylvania
family):
Pearl A. Richter, 4 Oct. 1910 - 28 Nov. 1991 Lakeville, Indiana (Social Security Death
Index)
Pearl A. Richter's perents were very likely James Richter, b. 24 Mar 1875 Indiana; and
Florence Ellen "Unknown", b. Oct. 1880 Indiana. They married abt. 1899.
Pearl was perhaps the last of 5 children of these parents, and she was born too late to be
reported in the 1910 census. Also, by 1920, she was no longer living in her parents'
household. So this is conjecture, but almost certain to be fact, considering the
name---James Richter's mother was also named Pearl.

The 1930 census only enumerates two of the five children of Edward and Pearl. They are:
Elmer, b. abt. 1928; and Howard, b. abt. Aug. 1929.

I hope this helps. I'm surprised that I have not located the maiden names of some of
the parents, because Indiana has unusually good marriage records online.
Cheers!
