Hi Bob,
I want to "Thank You" for the information on the 1870, 1880 & 1910 Census
for St. Joesph Co. You have given me some leads that I have been searching for. I
received it through the List.

Go to the below Web site, and you will find a combined index of the 1870,
1880, and 1910 Federal census which was compiled and posted through the
efforts of the South Bend Area Genealogical Society.

Subject: [INSTJOSE] 1893ish City Directory LOOKUP request
Anyone available for a lookup in the 1893 South Bend city directory?
Looking for Daniel and/or Alta May GSIE at 2218 W. Washington Street.
I don't know if this is the correct spelling for the name. It is what was
printed in an obituary and could possibly be a mis-print. It just doesn't
seem to be right to me. I have no other clues as to the spelling of the
name.
Any leads appreciated. Have had no luck using sources on the St. Joseph
genweb
page.
