Mary:
I actually got the book from someone in Tennessee that had no further use
for it. It was printed by Heritage Books, Inc. in 1987. At that time they
were located in Bowie, MD. It was compiled by Gene (Genevieve) Stachowiak
Szymarek and is titled "Cedar Grove Cemetery Inscriptions/South Bend - St.
Joseph County, Indiana". It contains the names in alphabetical order and
seems to tell what is on the stone along with what I believe to be the grave
location.
If you would like something looked up, let me know.

Where did you get your 1987 Cedar Grove Cemetery Inscription Book?
What does it contain?
Thanks,
Mary

I have a 1987 Cedar Grove Cemetery Inscription book. What are you
looking
for exactly? Also, a good site is
www.sjcpl.lib.in.us/necrology.
That is
the St. Joseph County Public Library and this site has necrology
(obit)
info. You can reach the library's home page and gen/local history
page from
this site. You can get their phone # or e-mail them about the
availability
of current books.
