This is correct. You can send an email request for your information to
sarchives(a)icprlan.state.in.us
The more information you are able to give them... the better your chances
will be.
They will send you email back if they find anything on any of the names and
dates you give them.
You can then send $2 for each document to
Indiana State Archives 140 N. Senate Ave. Rm. 117 Indianapolis Indiana
46204-2215
This can take quite a while though. I send one request in Aug and didn't
get an email response until mid Nov... Let alone the documents...

down to Indy to be microfilmed and there they sit!
