I am looking for information on the Dziedzic family that settled in South
Bend, Indiana, and their connection to the Chrapek family in South Bend.
Both families were originally from Wadowice, Galicia (Poland). Aloysius
Chrapek (1877-1934) was the son of Matthew Chrapek and Agnes Augeglo. He
settled in South Bend and was married to Hedwige Muszynski (1880-1933). These
are my great-grandparents. Frances Dziedzic (born 1892 in Wieprz,
Wadowice, Galicia) married John Stuglik at St. Adalbert Church in South Bend,
Indiana in 1917. Her marriage record indicates that her parents were Ludovic
Dziedzic and Anna Chrapek. I am trying to make a connection between Anna
Chrapek Dziedzic and Aloysius Chrapek. They might be brother and sister, or
they might be cousins. Can anyone help me out?

I am looking for information on this people. According to the 1850 Census they lived in Penn Township, St. Joseph County. They had 5 children at the time, they were: Anna (11), Caroline (9), Manuel (1), Jeremiah (3), and Ephraim (2). Oliver was a farmer and from Pennsylvania and Mary was from Ohio. Oliver was born around 1813 in Pennsylvania, city and county unknown. Mary was born around 1820 in Ohio, also city and county unknown. In 1860 they were living in Richland Township, Fulton County, Indiana. By this time they had 10 children. Anna was not on the Census, but the others were. Here is a newer list of children on the Census: Caroline (19) Emanuel (17) Jeremiah (15) Ephraim (13), Marion (9), Dorothy (6), Harriett (4), Charity (3) and Alvin (1).
If anyone knows where these people were after 1860 or before 1850, I would really appreciate it. I do not know when they got married or where they got married. Please help.

I was going thru my many notes again and noticed I already had Lucy's name listed as this with the marriage info from the WPA info that was out there. Could I ask was the info in the book what was written from them? Or is this perhaps from something that was "handwritten'? I have a copy of a marriage license and I cannot for the life of me figure out the handwriting for Lucy's last name. I was hoping this was a separate avenue that might have a clue for me. Thanks for any help in advance!

I knew Clif Seltenright Sr. His son, Cliff Jr lived with a wife, Lucy through 1959. He does not appear in the 1960 city directory. He worked for club 31. His father was a part owner of the Club Normandy.
I do now know where Cliff Jr & Lucy were married. They do not appear in the city directory after the war until 1954

I am for the marriage record for Clifton Frances Seltenright and his first wife with the last name of Walker (I do not know her first name). They had a son in Los Angeles on Mar 29, 1943 named John Clifton Seltenright. I am interested in finding more information on her first name, and marriage date place, parents of her. I am not sure if she passed away or if they divorced. I know they got married sometime between 1940 and 1943. In 1940 he enlisted for WWII while living in St. Joseph County, IN and was unmarried. Clifton remarried a few years sometime between 1943 and 1948 to his second wife Lucy Knight who he was married to until his death in 2002. Any information would be appreciated. Any information on the exact marriage date and place of the Seltenright/Knight marriage would be appreciated as well.
