HI Deb,
I think Byrons parents may be I. Flagg and wife Kandes,I got this off of
census records in Marshall co.In. as follows:
I.Flagg and Kandes both born in Vt. I. Flagg b. abt,1807,
Kandes abt. 1809.
sons John b. 1841 probably in Vt., Byron b. 1-7-1843 Cattaraugus Co.,N.Y.
Daughter Martha Flagg b. 1846 Cattaraugus Co., N.Y.
Yes, I got Byrons death Certificate and it didn't give much info.
Mrs. Emma Fields was the informant and I am wondering if this
is his daughter Emma A. Flagg. She married a Arthur Baker but
I am wondering if she married a Fields first.
Debbie

The Flagg obits should be on their way,,Byron did not much listed, hadn't
a chance that day to check the library index for Helen. Did you send for
Byron's death cert ? I just got 4 in the mail today, 2 gave the parents
that I previously did not have any idea on so I'm still floating, won't
get to really work on them till the middle of the week but I'm still
thrilled,in Byrons case if his parents are listed you would have Johns
obit to compare and hopefully confirm they are brothers, then you'll be on
the chase again.
good luck
deb
