I am looking into Arndt family in Starke County. Mary Dust was maideb
name of Crist Arndt per the 1880 census & marriage records I have
been able to track so far. The youngest child then was named Mary.
I am wondering if there is a tie-in.
How did you determine that Mary Tetzloff (on tombstone)had the maiden
name of Dust.
It sounds like there could be a family relationship. This Mary dust
was born in 1884, cross verified by 1900 census, grave marker, and
family history. She married my g-uncle Charles Ernest Tetzloff.

From "The Tetzloff Family Tree, 1977 revision" (page 2):
Karl Ernest (Charles) Tetzloff, born July 7, 1881, married Marie
(Mary) Dust, June 21, 1904, and moved onto the farm (the parents
retiring to San Pierre home) and began farming the homestead. The
deed being transferred in 1909.
Charles and Mary built the present (second) home around 1912. To
this union were born Raymond, Harold, Richard and Ethel (twins)
Herman and LeRoy.
Because of Mary's health, Charles and Mary moved from the farm
into San Pierre and resided there until their deaths. Mary died
March 3, 1957, and Charles passed away January 7,. 1976 at the age of
94 years and 6 months.
Let me know if I can provide further information. Or if you have
other information regarding these Dust's.
