Uh...Deb...When you intend to send your rather personal/not-meant-for-the-rest-of-us
messages to your Bud's....ya might consider NOT using the "reply"
icon...but...it was kinda interesting -- even though I have NO idea what ya'll are
talkin' 'bout.
=IF= I've misread this...or...=IF= this was a hoax to trap those of us among the
unknowing...then it's Dawn's fault.
By the way -- to all -- I must have missed the issue re some Shoemaker family...and I do
care about Shoemaker's...those at the eastern end of Starke Co (a spit from Marshall
Co) during the 1920s/30s.
Happy Hunting to us all.....Mo

Hey Stanger
We have been wondering about you. Alice was asking if I had heard from you lately, she
tried but message was returned. See you have new address. She does too, will send you her
new one.
Saw your Starke web page saying deadline in Oct, but no address to reply to, have you
sen the "new" one ? Rather drab and static, for as liong as we waited to see it
thought it be be a "bit" more interesting, maybe it will improve, hope so!
Have heard that the pres is really not going to run again, will see, no mention of
appointing a nominating committee was made at that meeting so wil se next month. Any
chance you could fly back and fort for meetings and be pres ? Know you could't but...
I have been collecting postcards to use with my family book, North Judson, Knox, Bass
Lake, run into some interesting people, Peg, the Judge , kim shilling , just lost one that
was a colored circa 1898- Harvest Festival, downtown North Judson, went for OVER 48 BUCKS
! Was'nt anyone I had run across before (ebay username anyway) I have a copy that I
got at the dime store in Judson not color but only a buck,
( printed on cream paper but a bl and wh card) Want to write memory stories to go with
each card- getting vacation spots etc
Well I've taken up a bunch of your time, and been "catty" to boot. Glad to
have heard from you, will let the "bunch" know you are still out trhere. Hope
all is well with you and your Mrs and that you are enjoying Al life.
Deb
