FYI:
Lane street formerly LAIN street was named for James
Valentine Lain an original land holder in North Judson
before it was North Judson...
James Valentine LAIN was my 2nd great-grandfather.
LAIN street was changed to LANE street in the 1950's
because apparently people became confused at the
intersection of LAIN & MAIN in North Judson and was
cited as the cause of several accidents.
