Peggy, You are so nice to help me out. I am continually humbled by the
kindness of strangers in dealing with genealogy. It is more than the sharing, it is
the time we donate trying to help out a person that is interested in carrying
on the family history. I loved that article that explained why we are
genealogy researchers. It is the one that describes us as the storytellers for our
family. You know that not one of my family is interested in genealogy. I will
contact to see about the book. I hope you have success in your family.

Unfortunately, I don't have that information. The index only
gives last
names and the Volume number of the books. You could call the Spencer County
library (812) 649-4866, ask to speak to someone in the Genealogy room (they
are
very helpful) and ask them to look up Stirman in the Oak Hill Cemetery in
Grass
Twp. They have their own published cemetery books there. It's not the same
as
what I have. We have to consider that they read the cemeteries more
recently
than the records I have and we know that stones wear away or get busted over
the years. But hopefully, they can help you. Please let me know what you
find out. I have one of the cemetery volumes that I have misplaced, but I
don't
know if it's vol. 7 or not. I need to make a big effort to look for it.
