Thanks for the information on Permelia McVay. She was a widow for
over 30 years. Amazing
I have a couple more questions. Permelia's sister in law, Cynthia
McVey French died
in Grass Township between 1850-1860. Would there be any information in
the newspaper
about her death at this time? Is she buried by her brother?
Cynthia's daughter, Melissa French married John E. Collertz 10 Jul 1858
in Spencer County.
I have their marriage information and then they seem to disappear from
the face of the earth.
I can't find them on any census. Any ideas on where I could find them?
Is there anyone out there researching
their lines?
Thanks
Tamara
