Subject: [INSPENCE] look up offer (LDS# 1321789) - and question
Okay - I did the next round of lookups :)
I found some for Brown (David Brown, dec'd, Edly Brown, infants Rebecca &
Clayhern?; Daniel Brown v. Jacob Munoz, Daniel Brown v. James
Shilketsaaur? - I'll send you the scans - some of them don't have much
info, and I'm not sure if they are your people, but its free! and you can
always delete.
but nothing for Newman, Keller, Carter, Trollinger or Bingle - and for
Wilkinson... I found this entry - what do you guys think? Where is this
second book? I doublechecked the index for the ProbateB book and they
didn't re-write the entries in there, I just got in, so haven't checked
the LDS film library yet- this was on page 036 in Probate A. Suggestions?
thoughts??
10 Sept 1835
It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the book herefore kept
in which the wills are recorded of David YOUNG, Levi HAIL, William WRIGHT,
Payton HERAILKILL?, Samuel LEMAR, James EVERTON, John WILKINSON, William
ALLENSWORTH, John NUNS?, Robert KENNEDY?, Levi CHANCELLER, John GARDNER,
Thos SPARNOW?, Susanna BARBER, Wm BERRY, William RICHEY, John MILLER,
David EDWARDS, John RICHARSON, John MORGAN, Silvetor SAPUP and Joseph
BROWN is insufficient and of not sufficient durability to preserve the
same as the importance of the same requires. It is hereby ordered that the
same be copied by the Clerk of this Court into the book which is used at
this time for that purpose.
