Okay - I don't know this line well so when Donna replies, take her info over mine
<G>
Peter's father was Francis, who's father was Peter, who's father was
Nicholas who was an indentured servant in Northumberland County, VA in 1672 and then we
hit a roadblock.
Rebecca... I'm not sure - I think we are still trying to figure out who's
daughter she was. Francis and Peter (brother of Francis) were around in Indiana. When
she married John Russell Conner, they named a son Lehew Conner... but we are still looking
for proof of her maiden name. This is actually Donna's line, she's the one who
has found all of the information.
I'm from the first Peter's son Spencer and his son John ended up in Ohio. the
first Peter had 11 children and we are all over, with lots of missing links. in 1967 they
did a genealogy book called "Peter Lehew of Front Royal, VA and some of his
descendants". (If you want a copy let me know.) There's a family historian who
is trying to update it currently.

Hi,
How is Rebecca Lehew related to Peter Lehew who married Polly Horseley and
then Elizabeth Mitchell? Or is she? I might have missed that somewhere...
I have a Merideth Lahew son of Peter and Polly. (from the book)

I have looked everywhere for a marriage record for John Russel Conner and
Rebecca Lehew / Lehugh with no luck. Can someone tell me where
someone living
in Spencer or Perry Co might have gotten married around 1820 if it
wasn't in
Spencer or Perry Co What counties in KY might they cross over to? I
checked
Spencer, Perry, and Warrick Counties and the internet for other
IN records.
Their first son was born 1822 so it had to be around 1820 + - I welcome
any suggeations.
