I believe you mean 1860 thru 1880 and was just a typo since this is the timeframe that
Christian was living in Spencer Co, IN.
BUT I never saw Anne E. or Anne S. Decker after the 1860 census and assumed that both of
them died right after the mother died. Don't see any other children with the
Christian Wyttenbach family except for Minnie and Fred Uctelman, and only other person
with them was Sophie Hoeffmeise 81 (who I assumed was mother-in-law).

You can not get that recent information, the last census released was 1930.
