Oops, she was my gr gr grandmother. Also, she wasn't a native of
Hanover
Township. She was a Ray, daughter of Zebedee, so she was born in the
Fairland-Smithland area. Over there where all the Rays congregated,
can't
remember
what township it is.
In fact, they didn't move to Morristown until after grandpa Goodwin quit
farming and then only because two of their daughters lived there.
I believe that her daughter Lou Ann Smith, who had moved to Arkansas years
before, was also still living when she died, so she was left out of the
obit.
As I well know, obits aren't always accurate even today.
