Yes, some people are willing to share, but their are those that want what ever info you
have, and say they will share, and you never hear from them again. It seems to me that
this is history and putting it together tells a story of the past. It seems to make a
piece of the puzzel missing when people do this.
But many thanks to those who will share with each other.

Thanks. I started this site because I live several states away from
the
parents' homes and cannot go there to research yet (young children). I
realized there must be many others that cannot travel for one reason or
another. We have many excellent family researchers who are willing to
sharing their work and keep me busy with articles to publish as well as
answering questions that come through the list.
We are all happy that you can benefit from our work. Don't be shy about
asking questions.

History is the witness that testifies to the passing of time; it illumines reality,
vitalizes memory, provides guidance in daily life and brings us tidings of antiquity.
