No one here has space in which to keep them. The state archives will accept
some of them IF they are properly cleaned first.
The Shelby County Genealogical Society is hoping to find a way to have them
microfilmed. The state charges us for that service, albeit a reduced rate.
And once again, even if we come up with the funds, the books must be clean
and dry to be microfilmed.
