I'd like to invite everyone to my family website, address below and link
in Shelby Co.... Homepages. I have a definite block on my ggrandfather,
James E. Walker, on the Walker side he is as far as I get. With the help of
Phyllis, and the Shelby Co. site, I have gotten further on Brown, Shaw &
Vinson, not as far as I'd like but much further than the Walker line. Any
help would be greatly appreciated. I just added a picture of Carl J. &
family, I discovered a bunch of McClains, in the Ohio River Valley site that
I will be adding soon. I am looking to go deeper with the Schoolcrafts, but
can't raise any cousins.
I want to publicly thank Phyllis for her great help, in providing me
information, leads, and even visiting my Aunt, Anne McClain, to help unravel
these missing people. Shelby Co. is extremely fortunate to have her. She
really makes you feel like part of a family.
Other than Hands across America, which was the last time I was in
Shelbyville, and when I was an infant, we visited right after my father died
and I, being born and raised in NY state couldn't get over how open and
friendly the folks from my mother's hometown were. Phyllis certainly lives
up to that memory. Thank you Phyllis, very much.
