Hi, Phyllis,
Sorry if I've caused confusion about the location of Liberty Cemetery.
According my Shelby Co map, you take S.R. 9 north and turn right on 650 N to
where it ends at 150 E. The Liberty Church stands at the right- hand corner
of this intersection, and the cemetery is cattycornered to the left across
the road from the church. You can get there from Morristown road via 150E,
but you have to know what you're doing. .
I
Peggy Cliadakis

>From Peggy Cliadakas:
The Liberty Cemetery Association will have its annual meeting Thursday,
August 31 at 7 p.m. at the cemetery. All who have family buried at
Liberty are automatically members of the Association. Other Shelbers
who are interested in this beautiful old Marion Twp cemetery are
welcome.
>From Shelbyville, take S.R. 9 North to 650 North (about 7 miles). Turn
right on
650N and follow to end (about 1 mile).
[from PMF - I think you need to go south (right) on Morristown Rd after
650N ends. The lane to the cemetery is on the left (east), after
passing a couple of fields. Someone please jump in and correct me, if
necessary.]
