Most of the people I know have signed up through Godfrey Library. You can do it on line and they mail you a card.
They have many other things besides the Heritage Quest.

You can only get it through an institution like your local library, State
library, historical society. At least these are the ones I have seen.
You can, or could anyway, join the Kentucky Historical Society, dues for
under 65 were $35 and you get the quarterly and the use of HQ online.
I can't find their address the minute, but go to the KY Gen Web site and get
it there. OR the Lafayett Co KY site.
