I can help you out! I have a family group sheet, given to me by Alice McCoy
in the Ripley County Historical Society for John Piatt Hart and first
marriage to Lucinda Watts,
2nd marriage to Emarine Jane Henry.

William and James are John's brother. I have the births and marriages of
all thier siblings but feel its too much to type out right now. If you want
to give me your address I can make a copy and mail it to you. I am descended
from the brother after William in the birth order, named Robert Hart. I
would like to know what information you have about the Hart's. I don't know
anything about the Watts/Bear Creek burial grounds, and would be interested
in the other references that you are aware of. Also, what do you mean about
the young dead wives that left one offspring. Were there more than Lucinda
Watts. Where does Judge John Watts fit into the picture? Do you know
anything about the founder of Hart's Mill, William Hart and his background?
Hope this info was helpful, and that you can provide me with some material
as well.
Take Care

My Husband is a descendant of Judge John Watts - and I find the HART
name
in
the Watts / Bear Creek burial grounds and other references. I
would
welcome information on "what became of" the families of the various
Hart/Watts marriages. It appears that the young dead wives left at least
one
offspring...
I have been unable to track them in the census indexes, and would like
have
any information on HART husbands and children
My marriage list (1830-40 era ) is
Watts, Lucinda - John Hart
Watts, America - Abraham Hart
later -
Henry, Emarine - ... Hart
Henry, Frances E -- William Hart
Henry, Ann c -- James P Hart
Thanks for any blanks filled in!
