Thank you very much for the information. At this time I do not know if we
are related but I will keep the information to see
if it relates to our family.
I did not know that there were so many Clevengers in the area until I
started this search.

Norman,
My gg-grandfather Larkin Mullen and wife Martha Beard had a daughter
Sarah who married Andrew W. ("Dock") Clevenger and they are buried in
Maxville Cemetery, Farmland IN. Sarah and Dock had 3 children: Martha
Clevenger b. 1875(married a Hutchins), Sylvester Clevenger b. 1867
married Anna Younce and Charles Clevenger b. 1871 married Mayne
Gamster. This is information written by a great aunt Sylvia Morris
when she was 102 years old, and I have not checked it out; I'm only
guessing at the handwriting, and some of it comes from another Mullen
related to Clevengers through the surname Wood, but the given name
Fieldon has never come up.
I also have a note that the Winchester Journal of 17 Jun 1885
reported the granting of a divorce and $300 alimony to the plaintiff,
in Clevenger vs. Clevenger.
Don't know if any of this is helpful to you. Rita
