I appreciate your suggestion of looking through the Census reports after
1860 to try and hook Sarah up with another marriage. After quite a bit of
searching I didn't come up with anything that I could hang my hat on. I
even searched through Kosciusko Co., IN as it appears that Jeremiah Carver
may have been living there as of the 1870 Census. I guess the next thing to
try is the marriage indexes of Kosciusko Co., Indiana and Randolph County,
Indiana. Does any know of an online index of this sort? Or any other
suggestions?
Thanks
Robert
RE:
I am researching the following family. John Carver (b.14 Apr 1805, Miami
Co., OH; d. 13 May 1866 in Stoney Creek Twp., Randolph Co., IN) <buried
Windsor Cemetery: Stoney Creek Twp, Randolph Co., IN> md. Sarah Arnold (b.
Abt. 1836 in OH; d. Unknown). They had two children: Cynthia Carver (b.
Abt. 1856 in Randolph Co., IN; d. Unknown) and Jeremiah S. Carver (b. Abt.
1859 in Randolph Co., IN; died Unknown)
I have not been able to find out anything that happened with Sarah (Arnold)
Carver or her daughter after the 1860 Indiana Census. I believe I found
Jeremiah Carver with the Warren family in the 1870 Indiana Census. I would
appreciate any information as to what happened with Sarah (Arnold) Carver,
Cynthia Carver and Jeremiah Carver.
Thank you in advance for your help.
