Hi Donna,
I'm sorry I don't know the answer to your question about the cemetery, but
I found that we have some common ancestors, in a roundabout way. My mother
had a half-sister Georgie (different mothers, hers died); Georgie's mother
was Edith K. Leonard, whose parents were Emma Grace Clevenger and Ulysses
Grant Leonard. Ulysses' parents were Smith Leonard and Lydia Jane Parks.
Lydia's parents were the James Parks and Eliza Jane Clevenger you were
asking about.
I have a photo of Smith Leonard with his young daughter Irena if you're
interested. Also a picture of Smith's wife Lydia with their two grown sons
Ulysses and Orlando.
I would love to have come across you earlier, as my aunt Georgie didn't
know anything about her family, since her mother died when she was 5 and
the family wouldn't tell her anything. I did a bit of digging for her so
she could at least know about her grandparents.
Where do you fit in?
Jennifer Rice

Does anyone know if this cemetery has been restored yet? I suspect that
at least my great great grandmother, Eliza Jane Clevenger Thornburg Parks,
may be buried there. Am also looking for the burial of ggg James Parks,
born about 1791. I find no updated listing online.
