Hi, I live not far from Coffey County, but can't presently undertake research there. I
have never researched in Coffey County.
There is a Genealogical Society but am unable to locate and address or phone for it.
I would suggest contacting the Coffey County Library. Their website shows some genealogy
information. I don't know if they can do research or not but might be able to help you
locate someone with the genealogy society.

Many of their resources have to be used in the library. They might be able to suggest
someone who would do research.
The CoffeyCountyGenWeb site suggests the Coffey County Historical Society as a resource,
too.

Another resource to try is Kansas Cemeteries List. Often someone familiar with an area
will help searching for a grave.

I checked our library and there are some cemetery books but probably not all of the
cemeteries. These were published ca 1884 and there are later lists. I will check them the
next time I am at the library.
For Waverly, which is in Rock Creek Twp.the card catalogue for the library gave this:

just visit some of these sites and see what is available.
