I was running late to a meeting this morning, and spotted a building that
looked like a school house or church out of the corner of my eye. I had not
noticed it before, maybe because the trees have not leafed out just yet, and
I don't get up this way very often so I saw it. And since I was already
running late thanks to a flat, I took off on 100 East going south of IN 28,
and stopped and took pictures of it. I added them to my photo album in a
little bit so all can see them. Blowing up the last picture I read 1891,
District No. 5, A.B. Wall, Trustee. It is on the corner of 100 East and 700
North, south east of Deerfield, does anyone know this school by any other
name? This school would of been used before the school consolidation in the
township I think. I had thought it was a school house when I was on 28, but
when I got up to it, I thought it was an old church, but the sign gives a
different answer. Andrea
