The only thing you got to keep in mind though is that sometimes the churches
changed denominations and names.
So there is a chance that the cemetery could have a different name.
And those people are not from here, and would have to look into it a little
bit before they take someone's word for it.
Just think in a hundred years, what people will be saying about Maxville,
you have Woodlawn Cemetery on one side of the road and also parts that wraps
all around the old Maxville church and Maxville Cemetery is actually across
the street.
Old Terrell is across the Street from Union, but they are usually classified
as Union now.
In Delaware County, my mother works at Union Cemetery, in Eaton.
But, there is also inside that cemetery, the Old German Baptist, Old
Studebaker, and Old Dunkard Cemetery. So technically there are 4 cemeteries
in 1. The church was German Baptist, Brethren and I think a few other
denominations. Old Dunkard Church is now an Agape Ministries. Old records
list the directions to the cemetery, but it has to be confusing for people
from out of town who may not know that when they drive out there and see a
huge Union Cemetery sign, that they are in fact at the right place. There
are no signs for the 3 older ones. They are more or less just known as
"sections" now.
All this just shows how important it is to document everything, so later
generations will know how things were.

I agree!! Maybe Maxville Cemetery is called that cause Maxville
Church
was
there! And maybe old Windsor Cemetery is called that cause the old
Windsor
Church was there! And maybe Rehoboth Cemetery is called that because
Rehoboth
Church is there!! Duh!!!!
