Karleen,
Are any of your Martins connected to the Patterson line through marriage?

I have the following "Brooks" in my data base. Alexander, Alta,
Benjamin, Emmett, Emma, Ida Emma, Ida Ora, James Aaron, Lily Martin,
Martha Jane, and Martin. They originally connected through the
"Phillips"
line. Do any of these sound familiar to anyone?

I have some info on the Brooks and Groshong family. My husband is
their gggson.
My mother-in-law had their pictures hanging in her dining
room for about 25 years. I have them now. I am a family genealogist for
a few years now. I inherited information about them and dug deeper.
Henry Harrison Brooks served in the Civil War- for a total of 9 days,
but he served. The pictures I have of them has him in his uniform, and
she was very pretty. What do you want to know? I have a few generations
back on both I think, and Belinda's grandfather- David Reader/Reeder is
real interesting- a real pioneer& soldier. Send me your address and
I'll send you what I have. Nancy
