The following url is for Porter County, Indiana at
UsGenWeb.org:
http://www.inportercounty.org/
A hurried search brought up nothing for Wohnradt. There is a lot of information on this
site and perhaps the name might have been spelled differently.
Also the address for UsGenWeb is
usgenweb.org, select state and then the county you wish
to search. This is for the entire country and all done by volunteers. some sites like this
are great with lots of information, others not as good as this one.

Hallo everybody,
my name is Karl-Heinz from Germany.
I am looking for two persons (familiy search) which emmigrate from Germany
to USA.
Details:
a) Mr. Wohnradt (Surname), Wilhelm (Firstname); born at June 5th, 1849,
town: Michaelisdorf (Northern part of Germany, Schleswig-Holstein) and his
wife
b) Mrs. Langbehn (Surname), Dorothea Henriette Sophia (Firstnames); born at
April 18th, 1851, town: Rathjensdorf (Northern part of Germany,
Schleswig-Holstein).
Date of Departure: April 12th, 1882 - both arrived in New York. Both are
going to Porter, State Indiana.
Both died in Porter. Probably both are working as farmers.
Has anybody some details about these two persons (e.g. date of death, where
is the cemetry .. ) ?
Thank very much for your help,
Karl-Heinz (Germany)
