Hello,
I have a couple of WI sites that might help. Try to look at all the
places you can in these sites to do a search from each site ...
http://searches.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/wisconsin/wisconsin.pl
and
http://www.wisconsinhistory.org/vitalrecords/ I hope this is some
help.
Have you checked the census for the years 1870, 1880 (most likely here to
start) 1900, this one gives the month & year of birth & place. I have
Ancestry & Footnote both great sites.

I am researching my Barnoske ancestors. My gggrandfather was Joseph Barnoske
(unknown dates of birth or death). The family was supposed to have come from
Prussia. Joseph was killed in MI in a mining accident. He was married to
Ann Nigbor. My ggrandfather was their son, Joseph Charles Barnoske, born in
1886. They had settled in Redgranite, WI. If you have any info for me I'd
appreciate it.
