Baillytown (not spelling) is part of the current town of Porter on
Porter County, Indiana. It is one the west side of Porter bounded by
Yost Elementary School of the north, the reailroad tracks on the south,
and Augsburg Church/Highway 20 on the west. Other old names or areas for
Porter include Waverly and Old Porter.
Miller is located in Lake County, Indiana. Miller is also called Millers
Station, Miller Beach, and Aetna in some of the old issues of newspapers
from the area.
I hope this helps you out.

I am looking for the location and township of the towns of Baileytown
and Miller in Porter County during the 1870 and 1880's. They must have
been small communities, I cannot find a record of either town. Looking
for some help. Tim Coppock.
