Tim,
I believe the following location may be your "Baileytown". The spelling is
slightly different, consisting of Bailly Cemetery, the Bailly Homestead, and the NPS's
Bailly-Chellberg Visitor Center.

It is part of the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore near Chesterton , IN. The following
NPS URL gives a little info on the Bailly-Chellberg visitor center, which includes the
Bailly homestead as one of its facilities, but doesn't mention much more.

As for your Miller(town), there is an area, a part of the same Indiana Dunes National
Lakeshore, just over the county line in Lake County, with a trail called Miller Woods
Trail, and in that same area, on the TopoZone (USGS source) map is a location labeled
Miller, about 1.5 to 2 miles west of the Porter/Lake county line.

I wouldn't bet on that being your Miller(town) though... in the second half of the
19th century, there were so many unrelated Millers in the area that I wouldn't be
surprised if there were 10 communities named Miller in the Lake/Porter/LaPorte counties
area.
