Dear Kayleene,
My great grandparents were Jesse and Sarah Elder Carter from Pike County,
Indiana. Part of the time they did live in Patoka Township, but they
lived
also elsewhere in Pike County and were married in Lincoln County,
Kentucky.
I have much information on the Carter family, but Thursday I had part of
my
left kidney removed because of cancer and this is the first time I
have
looked at my e-mail and I am still very weak.
Please stay in touch with me as we can probably help each other.
Very truly yours,
William J. Marshall
