Last month I experienced the same bounced mail issue. Over and over again I got bounced
and had to re-subscribe. I sent a e-mail to the main rootsweb list help man...sorry
can't remember who. It's changed by now. His reply to me was that the software
managing this list was mistakenly bumping the sender, instead of the person who really was
at fault, aka the one who has the bad e-mail address. I am sorry I searched for the
original e-mail response I received but I must have deleted it.

I sent three e-mails last night and only one came back to me as I was
bumped off the e-mail list for excessive bounced mail - whatever that may
mean. I had to re-subscribe to the list today.
I am re-sending two of the e-mails that did not come back to me. If you
already have them, I'm sorry for repeating myself.
I had so may requests for surnames (and I don't mind at all) that I felt
the easiest way would be for me to just send what I find to the whole list
by date of newspaper. That way I don't have to keep going back to see who
asked for what. I just made a master surname list and will send anything I
find for each surname on the list.
Hope that is agreeable with the rest of you.
