My book does have Francis M. Jarboe, son of Benedict.
Benedict Jarboe and Rutha McFall are listed as:
Elizabeth b 1839, marriage bond to Francis Riley 9/3/1861;
Francis M b 1841, m Susan Young 10/4/1861;
George W. Jarboe b 5/6/1842, m Sally Gabbers 8/6/1861, d 1/12/1928;
Mary M. Jarboe b 1845;
Cassandra b 3/21/1845m m William D. Kinder 8/6/1865, d 1/12/1930;
Jarret R. Jarboe
Benedict is shown as the child of Jared Jarboe and Elizabeth Jefferson.
Jared b 1793 in Virginia, Lived in Breckinridge and Handcock counties in
Kentucky. m 8/3/1812
Jared is shown as the child of Benedict Jarboe and Drusilla Coomes.
I hope this helps. Understand it is the research of Mary Jo Maguire and
those who helped her as published in The Jarboe Family Vol 3 published in
1979. I have found her to be a careful researcher.

Alas, Virginia Ann Jarboe is not listed. I had thought it had most of the
Perry County Jarboes, but here come 2 it does not have. Those it does
have
can then be traced back to John Jarboe in Maryland of 16whatever. It is
Mary Jo Maguire's book 3. The index has only persons surnamed Jarboe.
