Thanks for these - you have a very nice county site!! Some have nothing - I might have
found some ancestors... so you may be hearing from me again, lol

Jerry,
I do a Perry Co, IND website at:
http://www.usroots.com/~jmurphy/perry/perry.htm
I try to put births, deaths, marriages, etc. in there as I find them and have time to type
this up. When I can't find a birthdate through a record from courthouse or health
department I sometimes can find this date in a history book or some other place where it
mentions it - when found I put it online even though before the recorded births, etc.
There is also a website for every county in every state through the USGenWeb Project - go
to this address:
http://www.usgenweb.org
choose the state you are seeking by clicking on picture or name - then choose the county
you are seeking and you will find many things on the various webpages. One requirement is
each MUST have a query area where you can read old queries about persons seeking specific
family members and where you can put questions there too.
You can go to
http://www.rootsweb.com and go to the list or message/query area and you can
read the old messages and search for names there too.
Just out of curiousity - why are you doing a query in the Perry Co, IN website - did your
Perry Co, KY persons move or live at any time in Perry Co, IN??? If so, send us some of
the info you know about the Perry Co, IN persons you need help with and maybe someone here
can help you or maybe they are a "cousin" of yours or searching the same
names/families and can help you this way too.
My best,
Judy M.
