Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Looking for the parents or siblings of John Burden born abt 1818 in Ohio.
John Burden's parents are shown in an 1880 census as being born in New
Jersey. He married Cynthia (Cythe) Keever in Deleware county, Indiana in
1841. They moved to Randolph County, IN and had their first five children.
Their other two daughters were born in Iowa.
Thanks to each and everyone of you who responded to my humble message... I
had over 100 responses, and all but 2 were in agreement.Both were list
admistrators... ONE, WCKY, DIDNT FEEL IT BELONGED ON THE LIST, AND THE
OTHER, PENNSYLVANIA-ROOTS TOLD ME I WAS NOT AUTHORIZED... I DIDNT REALIZE
THAT PENNSYLVANIA-ROOTS WAS A RESTRICTED LIST...Where I wasnt authorized to
post, SO, I UNSUBBED......
I offered my apologies, and forgot it. It is nice to know that so many
have the patriotism to respond irregardless of "rules".
