Thought I'd drop you a line to remind you to get your signed Petitions in
the mail this week. Haven't had a chance to count the ones received yet,
but they've been trickling in for a week or so. The mailing address is at
the bottom of the Petition, but it's:
CCCPC
P.O. Box 4016
Jeffersonville, IN 47130
Second, I hope to hear from one of the Legislative Assistants about setting
up a meeting with several Legislators. We're working on this from a couple
of different fronts. Will keep you posted as soon as we hear of a date,
time and place.
Third, the "nominations" for the INPCRP "Hall of Shame" are still
coming in
and I'm adding one or two every day. Take a look at the list and see if you
have an abandoned or neglected cemetery to add to the list. I'd really like
to fill it out more before we meet with the Legislators. (See
http://www.rootsweb.com/~inpcrp)
Lastly, the 1999 Session of the General Assembly convenes January 4, 1999,
which is a week from Monday. So, time is running short to get our ducks in
a row.
Thanks.
Lois
