Keep in mind that the law says the DNR "may" conduct a program and
"may"
conduct it alone or with help. Whenever you see the word "may" instead of
"shall" in a law, it means just that...they can, but the don't have to do

Mabey we of the INPCRP should start a grass roots program of our own in each
respective county to make sure the cemeteries are all recorded, and on file
at the recorders office. We all know that all laws are acted on only when it
benefits a particular person, or group. First there must be funding, hiring
of a few NEW employee's, databases, and don't forget the Trust Fund. When is
it to come into existence. What is the Monetary amount, and where does it
come from. I believe if we don't mention it on the list, after 6 months or
so it will all be forgotten.
