Hi John,
I understand totally about not being able to afford advertising, or anything
but you car to work out of, for that matter. So, how about a little free
advertising, if your interested. Send me your information and I will post
it on the appropriate site.
I have county sites on USGenWeb in Hockley, TX; DeKalb, MO, Montgomery, OH;
Kiowa, OK; Blaine, OK; Pawnee, OK; Kingfisher, OK; Greene, IN; McHenry, IL;
as well as being the Coordinator of the Obituary Archives and coordinating
several of the sites there. I have always enjoyed transcribing cemeteries
and have even been involved in the maintenance of one or two. It really
upsets me when I hear about one that is run down or poorly managed, and
don't even get me started on what I think should happen to vandals.
My point here was, that if any of you live in any of the above areas,
Send your phone book listing. I will use initials on the web sites to
protect your privacy (wouldn't want any stalkers) and the towns or areas
that you service, along with your qualifications, or special area's of
repair (what you would put in the yellow pages.) For that matter, if you
would like to send a business card, I will make a special page just for
them.
I really do appreciate the work that you do, and I am not generally into
posting advertising on my pages but this is directly related to our loved
ones and it deserves the space.
Warm regards,
Katy

Katy,
Many people on this wonderful list repairs tombstones,however we cannot
advertise or bid work through this list. I am sure that a lot depends on the
location of the work you are inquiring about.
If you have not received any help yet ,please feel free to call me or
e-mail me and I could possibly recommend someone near your area.
