Sue,
The 1850 census of Hendricks County, Centre Township has the household of
the following. Hope this helps you
Benjamin Snodgrass, age 48, born in Kentucky, Farmer (hmmmm. A farmer in
Indiana in 1850?) :>)
Margaret Snodgrass, age 52, born in Kentucky
William Snodgrass, age 18, born in Indiana.
Elizabeth Snodgrass, age 16, born in Indiana
There's also anouther household on this same page headed by James Snodgrass,
age 24. Older brother of William?. There are eight Snodgrass households in
Hendricks county in 1850, 90 Snodgrass households in Indiana that year.

Hi Kyle,
The family was in Hendricks County. Included William T. Snodgrass who is
said to have died in Kansas. His father, they say (my new found family)
was
Benjamin Snodgrass. William T. was my gg-grandfather and I never
knew his
name until today! He was born in Hendricks county about November of 1831.
So tell me, just what is a Hoosier? With all the weight I've gained with
menopause, it better not be a pig!
Sue
