I would have thought any tool encrusted with diamonds would cut into the
stone? Are they going to actually set the stones in concrete or are they
going to make slotted bases?

In the photo, it looks like the one small stone was pulled up with the
concrete still attached. I would think he would try and get it off but if
he doesn't believe in slotted bases, who knows until the deed is done.
Also, the way he is using the stone polishing tools will probably smooth out
the already faint epitaphs. Bob
